Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. 


It literally means “BREAK-THE-FAST”.  


All night your body has fasted, so it is important to start your day by replenishing the nutrients you consumed while sleeping.


A good way to remember what to eat is:


"Eat like a 'King' for breakfast, a 'Queen' for lunch, and a 'pauper' for Dinner.”
