There’s nothing wrong with ‘snacks’

as long as they’re NUTRITIOUS snacks . . .

I know, sometimes we just have to ‘munch’ a little through out our busy days . . .

I normally don't recommend snacks, but if you happen to get hungry,

eat something that doesn't 'spike' your glycemic index.

Don't eat fruits as snacks, they will only make you more hungry.

Eat fats . . . not sugars.

Some good fats are walnuts, avocados, and 'goat' cheese (NOT 'cow' cheese).

Other great snacks are:

• celery

• broccoli

• bite sized chicken, fish, or turkey

Snacks

. . . and don’t forget to drink plenty of water!
