We all enjoy eating out . . . but is it good for us?
When you eat at a restaurant, you must become a "Selective Eater."
It is important to make sure you tell your server that you are a 'Selective Eater'. Any restaurant will serve you what you want, the way you want it, you just have to speak up and make the healthy choices.
Some basic rules:
• If it 'moos', don't eat it.
-
•Avoid heavy creams, flour, table salt (use sea salt only), excessive butter or olive oil.
-
•Absolutely NO BREAD (see my blog article "Everyday Dietary Dangers")
-
•Lastly, if you find your 'server' doesn't want to accommodate you,
you could tell them because of your 'medical condition' you have to eat
this way . . . that should get their attention, and ensure you don't get
unwanted ingredients.
