You probably had breakfast four or five hours ago, so your body has used up all your nutrients . . . now it's time to 'recharge'.

  1. Tuna (avoid eating bread!)

  2. Grilled chicken

• Steamed veggies

• Broccoli sprouts

• Green beans

• Celery

• Grilled salmon (wild, not 'farmed')

Lunch

. . . and don’t forget to drink plenty of water!
