Dinner is the meal that prepares our body for sleep, rest and recovery.


Dinner should be a light meal, and delightful as well.



Helpful hints:


• Try to eat before it's dark and at least three hours before you go to bed.


• If you eat too much protein, you'll find it hard to fall sleep.
